In the heart of Carinthia, located in the beautiful Oberdrautal (part of the Hohe Tauern national park region), surrounded by various beautiful lakes, hiking areas, cycling routes and the most beautiful Alpine nature, you will find our 2 very charming flats in Austrian (wooden) style. Both flats are located on the first floor overlooking the garden and the beautiful mountain landscape. They are also equipped with every comfort, including new bathrooms, kitchens and underfloor heating.

- The ‘smallest’ flat sleeps 4 (2 full-size double rooms) 

This flat is on the first floor and can be reached via an external staircase with a separate entrance. This flat consists of 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4 in total), living room with open kitchen and dining area, separate toilet, hall, bathroom with single washbasin and shower.

 - The duplex flat, for 6 people, gives a real loft feeling.

This flat is also on the first floor and is accessible via an external staircase with separate entrance. The layout is as follows: brand-new kitchen with island, dining table for 6 to 8 with access to the west-facing balcony, very spacious sitting area with access to the east-facing balcony, in addition there is a first bathroom (with shower, WC and single washbasin) and finally we have a first bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom (again with shower, WC and single washbasin). Central in the living room is also a staircase leading to the duplex part where the remaining 2 spacious bedrooms are located.

Groups (max 10 people) can immediately book both flats. Both flats have a separate entrance, but are connected by a landing.

* Gästekarte is also included. With this you can use the train for free

Surcharges:

- Security deposit: flat (150€), loft (250€), both (350€). This deposit will of course be refunded after checking for damage.

- Tourist tax of 2€ per night/per adult
